The Birth of Love Children's Home
Love Children's Home was founded by Dr. Raja Wilson and Sis. Sheeba Wilson in the year of 2015. Their mission and desire is to provide a healthy and sanitary environment for children while providing sufficient care and parental love. They started their home entirely on faith, with no one to rely on for their daily needs. There were days when they had no rice and no money to buy the necessities of life. However, because the vision is from God, He provides the means, and the children now enjoy a lovely campus with comfortable housing. Their principal purpose is to protect children from all forms of social evil, to offer them a safe place to live, and to provide them with a great education to raise God-fearing youngsters who will build the future. The Reason for Beginning Love Children's Home was so specific. When the tsunami ravaged these islands in 2004, many children were separated from their parents and left orphaned. We were moved by the cries of these lovely children who had no one to care for them because we had also witnessed the gigantic killer weaving. We were tremendously moved by the screams of these Tsunami orphans; God inspired our hearts to care for them and protect them from all forms of social evil. Suicide is frequent in the majority of the Andaman Nicobar Islands, leaving children without somebody to care for and raise them. As they grew older, these children either became drug addicts, prostitutes, thieves, or alcoholics, or they became enraged at everyone. To protect such noble children from their plight and allow them to grow holistically.Divorce is widespread in the Andaman Islands, resulting in hundreds of orphans while their parents are still alive. In most cases, the mother walks away with another guy and the father runs away with another woman, leaving no one to care for them. As a result, we aim to offer these children with loving and caring parenting. Mrs. Sheeba Wilson recognized the need of parental love, care, and devotion for these children. This placed a heavy load on our hearts to help these wonderful children despite our complete lack of money. We took six orphan children with us in a little rented house with only one bedroom, following a clear directive from God. We loved them, supplied them with food and housing, sent them to school, and began to educate them about Christ's love.
We had to relocate to various rented facilities over the year because people were unwilling to leave their homes for orphan children. We were in severe need of our building as the number of children increased. In his outstanding mercy, our father entrusted us with a very good land for the kids, on which we have built a home for these precious children.
Today, the orphanage has grown to 100 children. Our heartfelt thanks to the prayers, assistance, and financial support of many Godly people who care for children.
